Absolutely! We want to get to know your business. You are to decide how much information to share with us, so that we are able to represent you in the best possible way.

Our receptionists take down all of the relevant information from each caller, afterwards it is sent to you as a call summary email, so that you are always up to date on what is happening with your business.

Our Virtual Receptionist Service offers the option to send these call notes to you via text as well.

Yes, we definitely can! Our Virtual Receptionists are happy to place calls to gather/relay information or confirm appointments on your behalf.

1. The call is identified and answered; it is screened and the caller is asked if he/she could be placed on hold.

2. You are contacted and asked whether or not you wish to accept the call.

3. If accepted, the call is transferred immediately.

4. If busy/unavailable, the call is either sent to voicemail or a manual message is taken and delivered via email.

No, we provide you an assigned phone number with your local area code, so that you can forward your calls to this number using your existing phone provider.
