At Call Crew Inc., we believe that people come first, whether that be in person, over the phone, chat, or emails, we strive to facilitate a positive change in Virtual Receptionists we work with and, of course, nourish the customer experience.
Our team consists of people with more than 50 years of combined Customer Service experience. The reason why we call ourselves the Call Crew is because of our team’s specialized experience from working on luxury cruise ships. We have people from various positions including guest services managers, air/sea reservation agents, hosts, and hostesses; we even have two hotel managers in our management team.
One day we sat together and decided: “Why not create an opportunity where we could show our best skills?!” We are all great supporters of small businesses, have immense enthusiasm and desire to succeed, finally we want to make a difference and work for ourselves and not someone else. That’s how the Call Crew Inc. was born!
Seeing that we all come from one of the most heavily regulated industries with robust and clearly defined standards, we know what it takes to go above and beyond the customer experience.
